How I approach engineering

    Keep complexity intentional.

    The best architecture is not the most complicated architecture. It is the simplest system capable of supporting future growth.

    Performance is part of UX.

    A beautiful interface that feels slow is still a poor experience.

    Reuse should reduce complexity.

    Reusable components and systems should simplify development instead of creating unnecessary abstractions.
